The fully automatic Screw capping machine is an improved design based on international advanced models, with fast capping speed, high qualification rate, and easy operation. Can be used for different bottle shapes of screw caps in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, pesticides, cosmetics, etc. Four speed regulating motors are used for capping, bottle clamping, conveying, and capping. The machine has a high degree of automation, good stability, and easy adjustment. When replacing bottle shapes or caps, no spare parts are needed, only adjustments can be made (if equipped with a capping machine, automatic capping can be performed). It can be selected according to actual needs.

Jndwater’s automatic bottle labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper and employs a cylinder-based bottle clamping method. Equipped with automatic bottle separating, it completes bottle placement and labeling in one operation. An optional color tape coding machine can simultaneously print the production date on the label. The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC from Japan, with synchronous tracking.

The Jndwater side labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper, and the labeling is done in a flat manner. It can complete the bottle placement, labeling, and collection procedures in one go, and can also be equipped with a printing machine to synchronously complete label printing.
This machine adopts computer fiber optic control, synchronous tracking, and labeling is controlled by a mutual inductance stepper motor to ensure that the labeling speed is synchronized with the bottle rolling speed of the automated packaging machinery. Based on advanced same technologies from Germany, Italy and Taiwan, we developded this new type of bottle cooling/heating machine Its working process can be divided into 3 stages: circulating hot water spraying, warm water pre-cooling and cold water-cooling.
