The bottle-neck clamping device and suspending bottle design enable a stable filling process and also help avoiding malfunctions caused by differences of thickness and height of the bottle.

5. Magnetic torque cap screwing device enables a free adjusting of cap-screwing-power, as a result avoided damages to bottle caps.
6. Human-machine interface touch-screen is adopted in this filling equipment:
(1) The liquid level in the tank can be controlled automatically.
(2) The filling and capping will stop automatically when there is not bottle.

Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle dial. Air conveyor, star-wheel cooperate input the bottle, the suitable bottle is 250ml-2000ml. |

Bottle Capping The bottle into the click wheel through the transition card bottleneck Capping Machine. Rotary Capping Machine knife stuck on the only bottleneck location, keeping the bottle upright and prevent rotation. Capping Machine Capping head to remain in the revolution and rotation, under the action of the cam to achieve grasping cap, capping, screw cap, cap off action, complete the capping process. Management Capping Machine is located in the top cover, through drop-cap rail and cover plate connected Capping Machine allocated. Finished bottle through the bottle capping machine sent from the click wheel to the bottle conveyor chains, conveyor chains send out the triple play by the filling machine, into the next process. |
